Sales Agreement

For Flyer's Club - King's Kids Club - TRAC Club Materials

King’s Kids International Baptist Mission retains the right to refuse to sell Club Program Kits or any printed material to any one for any reason it deems necessary in order to maintain it's ministry to fundamental Baptist Churches around the world.

Once a church has purchased our materials, that church has a right to reprint the materials for use within it's own ministry. King's Kids materials may NOT be produced for or sold to other churches without our expressed and written permission. We further ask that each church refer prospective users of our program back to us. We do not "charter" churches nor do we "police" their ministries. Although you may alter the structure of any of our programs and formats, we ask that you do not rewrite our curriculum in such a way as to change or delete our doctrinal positions.

Fundamental, independent Baptist missionaries who are in church planting ministries may reproduce these materials on the foreign fields to any and all churches within their own ministry. They may also distribute these materials to national pastors and churches within their fellowship of independent Baptist churches. However, a missionary may never sell these materials on the foreign field without our expressed and written permission.
